The bark of the Dragon Tree bleeds a burgundy blood-like sap. This sap has been used for centuries for its intensive healing and moisturizing properties. Jasmine flower, romantically known as the “Queen of the Night,” is renowned for its soothing effects on the skin and mind. These unique ingredients are slowly infused into our dynamic blend of organic oils, to give you the hart and the vine.

BAOBAB OIL
Extracted from the “tree of life,” baobab oil is known for its regenerative properties. High in omega fatty acids, baobab oil can aid in minimizing the appearance of scarring or acne on the skin.
DRAGON’S BLOOD
Found in the Amazon rainforest, dragon’s blood resin had been used for centuries for its healing properties. As a natural antimicrobial, dragon’s blood resin creates a barrier that prevents infection and acts as a moisture barrier.
ALKANET
Alkanet, the root of the alkanna plant, is known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. This makes it ideal for aiding in burn or wound recovery and makes it effective against eczema or psoriasis.
JOJOBA OIL
Packed with vitamins A and E, omega-6 fatty acids and antioxidants, jojoba oil is intensely moisturizing and helps the skin fight free radicals, which is a central cause of premature aging.

FAQs
When we say all of our products are double sized, we mean that we took the market average size for each type of product and simply doubled it. The average size for a body oil/serum is 5-8oz, so we made ours 16.9oz. This means you can use the products for twice as long and repurchase half as often!
The hart and the vine is scented with jasmine essential oil - one of the most luxurious scents in existence.
We do not use synthetic dyes or coloring of any kind. The red color of the hart and the vine comes from the dragon’s blood resin, which is a deep red tree sap, and alkanet.
While you can apply the hart and the vine effectively on wet or dry skin, this thick serum is most effective on wet skin. It is best applied as you first step out of the bath or shower.
This product is infused with dragon’s blood resin, a type of tree sap, which has similar properties to latex. Because of this, we do not recommend this product for people with latex allergies or sensitivities.
Nothing to worry about - it is the organic jojoba oil! Interestingly, jojoba oil is actually a wax. Because of this, when the product gets very cold it will start to resolidify. The jojoba will melt on contact with your skin if you use it in this state, or simply move you bottle to room temperature. Nothing about this will cause your serum to go rancid.
