SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT TIME
Our fulfillment time is 4-7 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Once shipped, your item will typically arrive in 4-7 business days. Scorpion and Toad is not responsible for packages arriving after the estimated time.
MISSING PACKAGES:
Scorpion and Toad is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but are "not received." Scorpion and Toad is not responsible for stolen packages. Your best course of action is to file a police report and submit a claim via your home or rental insurance.
Packages lost by our shipping services can only be replaced after 21 days of non-movement in your tracking history. We do not issue refunds on lost packages. Scorpion and Toad will not be able to open an investigation on your behalf with shipping services.
PACKAGES WITH INSUFFICIENT/INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is used when placing your order. Please double check your shipping address when ordering. You will also receive a confirmation email after placing your order that will show your shipping address as it was entered. If that address has any discrepancies, please respond to the confirmation email immediately to correct the shipping address before we process and ship your order.
Packages that are returned to Scorpion and Toad due to an insufficient or incorrect address can be shipped back out to the customer with the correct address, however the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We charge the full cost of shipping to resend a returned package.
